Yesterday was pretty much a write-off as far as "dieting" goes. My dad's birthday party was yesterday (his birthday is the 5th & we usually celebrate on Labor Day). I ate sensibly before we went & really only overdid it by eating a 2nd burger, since pretty much everything else was low-fat & healthy, but I had peanuts while watching TV last night, too. So, I'm back at it today.
